Return policy
Please choose your pieces carefully and contact us with any questions you may have prior to making you purchase.
If you've ordered a 'standard' plain veil/cape and your veil isn't right, you can return it . Products must be received by us in unused condition and in their original packaging. All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the package is received, your credit card/Paypal will be refunded within 3 business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS are final sale.
COLOR VEILS (except white, soft white, ivory, black) ORDERS are final sale. We strongly recommend purchasing tulle samples.
SILK FLOWERS ORDERS are final sale.
All EARRINGS are non-returnable.
If the product cannot be returned, it will be marked on the product listing
Care instructions
You will receive information about care by conversation (less paper waste). This information will outline how to care for and store your items so they can last for a lifetime.
Rush orders
If you need your item in a hurry please contact us directly.
Custom and personalized orders
We love to create custom orders but please keep in mind that summer is a really busy time. Minor adjustments should be no problem. Any other time of the year we would love to help you customize your accessory in any way you love.
Packaging
All of our packaging is recycled or partially recycled and it is thoughtfully chosen so it should be easy for you to recycle or even reuse after it has served it’s purpose. We really hope you will join us in trying to be kind to our beautiful planet.
Wrong address
If you suspect you have the wrong address, message me with the correct one as soon as possible so I can create a note for changing it. If it has already shipped and comes back to me, I will re-ship but the purchaser is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Incorrect or damaged items
Upon receiving your order please immediately inspect it. You will have 3 days after receipt to notify us of any errors or damages. If your receive the wrong order, or if your order arrives damaged, (not due to shipping), please send a convo and we will repair or replace as needed.
After 3 days, any damages sustained by the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
